Kush Shukla (FCCA, DCH, DHP, NLP Master Practitioner and Certified Coach) Director of Arivu Centre for Excellence   Kush is a trained Chartered Accountant and has a passion to help individuals and organisations unlock their potential, inspire minds and look at things in a different perspective.
He is a trained NLP Master Practitioner & Certified Executive & Leadership Coach, and trained in hypnotherapy, EFT and Eye Movement Therapies. He has trained with some of the eminent names in the field such as Robert Dilts, Ian McDermott and Tim Hallbom. Kush has a broad experience in practice, the commercial sector, as well as in not-for-profit and government sectors. Kush’s previous engagements include business improvement and work force development, inspiring change management programmes, competency based reorganisations and coaching executives and powerful leaders of top Fortune 500 companies to improve themselves and the people within their business to outperform, increase motivation and output and create excellent results time after time.

Paul Miller NLP Practitioner & Associate Consultant with Arivu Centre for Excellence Paul's first love was gymnastics and as a young man and he represented Great Britain on many occasions and has been awarded Master Gymnast status by the British Gymnastics. After retiring from sport in 1980 he trained in musical theatre and later as an actor with the Arts Educational Acting Company. He has wriiten shows and appeared in the West End, in TV, and worked as a Director for The Royal Opera House and the English National Opera. Some of his work has also transferred to Harrahs Casino in Reno, USA. He is Literary Associate to The Queens Theatre, Hornchurch, and a member of the Writer’s Guild of Great Britain. Motivating, inspiring and getting people to be the best they can be is his passion and penchant by combining his skills, talents and imagination from the arts.
Paul is a certified NLP practitioner who designs and conducts bespoke training for organisations specialising in communication, engagement and motivation. He also coaches Senior Executives on Performance, Presence and Presentation and over the last 12 years, Paul has worked with over 100 leading companies including Microsoft, British Airways, Zurich Finance, European Air Space and Defence, Dell, Egg, Sky, DWP, RBS, E&Y, Sage, Mckinsey, Ericsson, Diageo, Prudential and BP. In 2005 he was on the design and delivery team for a leadership program that was delivered worldwide to the top 200 in BP refining. In 2006 he co-designed a career planning program for Ernst & Young that won a national award: The Pearse Walsh Award for Innovation in the Transfer of Learning to Employees. And in 2007 he was asked to take up the role of Ombudsman to Teach First – a charity whose mission is to address educational disadvantage. Patrick’s interest is in helping individuals and organisations to achieve their own highest potential through coaching, leadership development and consultancy. Working with organisations across the private, public and non-profit sectors, Patrick helps senior managers and global teams towards their business and career goals and to enhance their professional performance. Patrick combines extensive technical experience (including supply chains, multi-channel retailing, management development, information systems and finance) with strategy definition, global team working, project and change management. Patrick is a qualified practitioner in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and recently completed Advanced Coaching training at Ashridge Business Scholl. He lectures at the business schools at the University of Brighton, University of Warwick and Cranfield University and is a senior associate with European Logistics Consultants and Arc Retail. Patrick is a graduate of the University of Cambridge where he read Natural Sciences. Patrick worked in technical and managerial positions for several organisations in the personal computer industry. He then joined The Body Shop in 1992, where he went on to become Global Head of Supply Chain and Logistics Development, responsible for the development and execution of supply chain strategy across 52 countries. His work at The Body Shop took him to Asia Pacific, USA, Canada and much of Europe and involved him in the selection and implementation of a number of major supply chain systems. He also served for four years as a Trustee for The Body Shop Foundation, a registered charity supporting innovative environmental, human rights and animal protection projects worldwide.
Rachel Davies NLP Practitioner & Associate Consultant with Arivu Centre for Excellence
Rachel graduated from Swansea University with BA Hons in Politics, followed by a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Studies. She initially pursued a career in HR Management, gaining her Grad IPD qualifications with Distinction before moving into Training and Development roles. Rachel has worked In Further and Higher Education as an HR, Business and Management Lecturer and Programme Leader. Rachel provides Training & Consultancy Services to public and private sector clients and specializing in Management Communications, Team Building, Coaching, Train the Trainer and Customer Service initiatives. Amongst the organisations benefiting from Rachel’s training programmes are DHL, Caterpillar, Triton Showers, Ministry of Defence, Chester-le-Street District Council, Home Housing Group and Three Valleys Housing Association. Rachel is an NLP Practitioner and a regular contributor of articles on customer service excellence and employee engagement to Stakeholder Satisfaction Magazine.
